Boxers typically train for hours each day, and their matches can last up to 12 rounds. During a match, boxers must be constantly on the move, punching, dodging, and blocking punches. They must also be able to think strategically and make quick decisions.

In addition to the physical demands, boxing is also a very mentally demanding sport. Boxers must be able to stay calm and focused under pressure, and they must be able to deal with the pain and punishment that comes with the sport.

Rugby isn’t a sport for kids or even the weak-minded. Rugby players require speed, agility, and a lot of strength to make it through a match. There is a tension that is involved with rugby, these people on the field engage in what looks like group fights. You need strength, in this game to overcome the whacking that you might have to go through. You need speed to try and dodge all your opponents while running with the ball to make a touchdown. Your agility is needed so that while running, no one can hold you back even when they try to. These people endure all of these things on the field for close to 80 minutes of play.

Firstly, hockey isn’t just a game that requires you to try and score, you are also required to play this game while on a rollerblade.
